Paint my nails.
Usually I do that half hearted slap of polish, If and when I can be bothered, and leave it for weeks until its chipped and vile before reapplying the same colour.
It's not that I don't like nice nails, I do! Which girl doesn't?! But I'm just so bloody lazy.
I've tried buying those effects nails vanishes, that leave you with chipped and cracked looking nails. Makes me laugh really, that I'll pay £4.99 for a nail varnish that does instantly what I could achieve after leaving the polish for a week!
Anyhow, I'm off university for.... What seems a lifetime! So I've got time to spare, and in this spare time I've decided to perfect some styles. Granted I'm limited to colours and such with work regulations and all, but I've done quite well within the guidelines so far!
My recent creative spells have produced, Ladybirds, Strawberries, Water Melons, Suits, Forget me nots and Rabbits. I may attach pictures below...if I can work out how to do it on my phone...
I've also purchased two Barrym Magnetic nail varnishes. I seriously recommend them. £4.99, in 4 metallic shades I think, each with a different magnet that creates a different effect. Also if you have more than one you can mix and match the magnets and makes all new designs and stuffs.
I've just gone and treated myself to a Julien Macdonald nail kit, from Debenhams. It was in the sale, but by god is it awesome! The colours in the kit are metallic based, and so sparkly and pretty. And there are gems and stuffs. I have to put pictures on, 'cos these gems have made my life!
Also, ladies (let's face it, this isn't a very male friendly post) if you have an iPhone, and are a regular...go-er out-, go to Topshop and they have this genius purse/ miniature clutch with an iPhone holder included. It's £14, but totally worth it! With an ID slot as well as a few card holders and a money slit, it's literally ideal for a night out. Whether it's all you take out with you or shove it in your slightly bigger clutch. It's a genius addition! However will only fit an iPhone I'm afraid, which is a slight downer for all you losers with crap phones, but what can you do eh?!
This post has actually turned into more of a haul actually, apologies. So yeah, that's what I've been doing, decorating my nails, and treating myself.
