Continuing the catch up

So in addition to going to the Paralympics, spoiling my liver and...working? I've also made a few cheeky trips to the west end to sample the goods, if you will.

I'll whack what pictures I could sneak at the bottom.

Firstly, Loserville. A new production written by James Bourne FROM BUSTED! Yeah, I was sold when I found that out too. It was ace! So nerdy, but I mean, Son Of Dork was featured...WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!

Secondly, We Will Rock You. Think Footloose with a Queen soundtrack. Super good! My housemate won top price tickets so I was loving life in the luxury seats for freeeeeee. The lead male, Oliver Tompsett, was incredible. I've seen him before, in Rock Of Ages, but there's just something about his voice. And the fact he was wearing a tight white t-shirt and leather jacket...but that's beside the point.

Finally, THE LION KING. Words fail me. I was left mouth open (singing mostly) the entire way through. I've never watched the film with a dry eye, and I'm not sure why I thought the stage show would break that streak, safe to say it didn't. IT'S JUST SO SAD!

OOOH, I've gone all artyfartytheatrewatchywankypants. It won't happen again (I promise nothing)
